Position: Full-time, permanent
Shift: Monday to Friday – rotating days shifts (6 am–2 pm and 2 pm–10 pm)

About Us
We are one of the UK and Ireland’s most advanced corrugated-packaging manufacturers, thanks to significant investment in recent years. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, product quality and technical capability.

Role & Responsibilities

Lead the efficient operation of production machinery in our facility.
Set up, monitor and adjust production processes and equipment to ensure both high-quality output and high-speed productivity.
Input production data into a computerised system.
Contribute to proactive (preventative) and general machinery maintenance programmes.
Work to high Health & Safety standards, making safety a priority for you and your colleagues.
Bring ambition and desire to progress — with aim to move into a lead supervisory role in a relatively short time.
Be able to lead a team and allocate roles and responsibilities where needed.
What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or mechanical environment — ideally involving machinery operation, production lines or mechanical/technical maintenance.
Technical/Mechanical Mind-set: Comfortable working with machinery, tools, monitoring processes, making adjustments or general repairs.
Ability to learn, adapt and develop your technical skills over time (full training provided, but the right attitude is key).
Ideally hold a relevant qualification (mechanical/engineering/production) but if you have strong manufacturing/mechanical experience and are highly motivated, we want to hear from you.
Why Join Us?

Be part of a long-standing, locally owned manufacturer with a strong reputation.
Work with advanced manufacturing technologies in a sector-leading environment.
Full training provided — and the opportunity to fast-track into a lead role for those showing ambition and capability.
