Maintenance Handyman/woman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to maintain and repair various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests in a timely manner.
Ensure all accommodations and facilities are constantly maintained to the highest standard.
Ensure cleanliness on site by regularly emptying on site bins and cutting/ trimming grass
Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
Familiarity with electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
familiarity with boilers and gas
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.
A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service is required.
