Essential Criteria:
1. A minimum of 2 years experience with driving a counterbalance Forklift Truck.
2. Demonstrated experience operating forklifts in busy manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings.

Key Tasks and Duties:
1. Deliver steel kits and components to welding staff according to the daily production requirements.
2. Respond quickly to material requests to avoid downtime.
3. Ensure materials are staged and ready for upcoming jobs on the production schedule.
4. Return surplus materials or scrap to designated areas.
5. Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move heavy steel fabrications.
6. Transport long, oversized, or irregular steel pieces with precision and care.
7. Complete pre‑use checks and maintain safety compliance on the counterbalance forklift.
8. Organise yard and internal storage areas for efficient access.
9. Assist production teams with basic labouring tasks when not driving.
10. Maintain a clean working environment in bays, storage areas, and forklift zone.
11. Work collaboratively with supervisors, welders, fabrication teams, and yard staff.
