HLA – Marketing and Digital Marketing

We are looking for a creative, driven and commercially focused Marketing & Digital Marketing to support the delivery of impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms, retail channels and brand activity.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, helping strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement and market presence.

What You’ll Do:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website and in-store promotions
Create engaging content aligned with Deli Lites brand guidelines
Manage and grow social media channels and online community
Assist with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
Track and analyse campaign performance and customer engagement
Support email marketing, website updates and digital advertising activity
Work closely with Sales, NPD and Operations teams to deliver brand objectives
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing (FMCG experience desirable)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or similar)
Passion for food brands and consumer marketing is a plus
