This is an opportunity to be an integral member of Team Nest as our Office Administrator. This is a role that will see you becoming the key point of contact for property capture bookings across our Scotland and North of England territories for our much loved clients, team & homeowners. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Creative Delivery Team who ensure all content captured is successfully delivered in the most timely, quality-oriented manner possible.

Reporting to our Managing Director, you'll be closely with a team of designers, videographers, photographers and account managers to create an incredible experience and service for our much loved clients.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients on the status and arranging of successful capture of properties across Scotland & England
Managing client booking forms
Building Rapport with Clients & Internal/External Team Members
Liaise with creative team on behalf of clients to communicate project goals, feedback and outcomes
Foster Relationships with clients and support office staff in a variety of administrative and logistical responsibilities
Additional AdHoc Tasks
Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up to date
Assist with financial record keeping using Xero, including revenue tracking
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong general IT proficiency in a wide range of administrative software
Great communicator and relationship builder - we love what we do and have fun doing it!
Impeccable time-management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
An eye for detail and a creative, unique approach to storytelling
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced creative agency
Proven office experience with a strong administrative background
Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential
Strong attention to detail in all aspects of work, particularly in data entry and record keeping
Previous clerical experience is preferred, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Desirable:

Adobe Suite. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Indesign)
Education and Experience Requirements:

Degree (advantageous but not essential)
