Job Description
We are a thriving and expanding insurance business seeking a capable, reliable Administrative Assistant to support operations and contribute meaningfully to ongoing success.
Position Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (flexibility for earlier hours on Fridays).
Compensation: Generous and competitive, commensurate with skills and experience.
Training: Provided - insurance experience is helpful but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Agency Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting leadership and the broader operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
Provide administrative and clerical support, including tasks unique to the insurance industry.
Own and manage recurring operational tasks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and follow-through.
Assist with client intake, data collection, organization, and analysis
Coordinate client transactions and operational processes across teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Conduct research and provide development support for projects, process improvements, and initiatives.
Collaborating with management to create efficiencies, suggest improvements, and help build repeatable systems and workflows.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes and work independently to support operations.
Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Industry experience (preferred but not required - comprehensive training will be provided).
