1. Professor/ Associate Professor:-

The Professor/ Associate Professor is a mid- to senior-level academic faculty member responsible for teaching, research/scholarship, and service. The role typically involves demonstrated excellence in teaching, an established record of research or creative activity, and meaningful service to the institution and academic community. Associate Professors often hold tenure or are on a tenure-track.

Key Responsibilities:
• Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the assigned discipline.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Employ effective and innovative teaching methods.
• Supervise student research, theses, dissertations, or capstone projects.
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students

Research and Scholarship
• Conduct independent and collaborative research or creative work
• Publish in peer-reviewed journals, books, or equivalent scholarly outlets
• Secure external or internal research funding, where applicable
• Present research at academic conferences and professional meetings
• Maintain an active, recognized research agenda

• Preferred Qualifications:
• PhD degree is Mandatory.(Qualified)
UGC - NEt would be preferred with attractive salary.
• Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Postdoctoral experience or prior teaching experience at the university level.
• Evidence of scholarly publications or research in progress.
• Experience with grant writing or funded research projects.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and service.
