About The Opportunity

As a Registered Nurse in Community Cardiac Services, you will work alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive nursing care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on best practice principles, ensuring that the needs of patients and their families/carers are met. You will contribute to cardiac rehabilitation in the community, providing a collaborative partnership approach to care.

This role is a Part-time position, 30 hours per week, weekdays only.

About You

You have current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
You have recent clinical experience in Cardiac Services and a commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice.

Demonstrated effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in information technology systems.
Demonstrate ability to apply critical thinking strategies and effectively prioritise and organise own workload
