Assistant in Nursing (AIN)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to join our casual pool in Bronte. As an AIN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide personal care and support to clients in aged care, community, or clinical settings. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and want to make a real difference in people's lives.(Please do not apply if you haven't worked in the age care.) Especially No Support Workers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities including:
Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, toileting)
Feeding and hydration
Mobility assistance and transfers
Provide emotional support and companionship
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
Assist with simple clinical tasks under supervision
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Follow care plans and document services delivered
Adhere to infection control and manual handling procedures
Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Health Services Assistance (or working towards)
Valid First Aid and CPR certification
National Police Check (current or ability to obtain)
NSW Working With Children Check (if required)
Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
Previous experience in aged care at least 6 months
Job Type: Casual

Pay: $38.00 – $70.00 per hour
