Additional Information:

These roles are Permanent Part time 50 hours per fortnight.
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

Key Role Responsibilities:

Replenishment
Refill stock on the shop floor to ensure product availability.
Handle goods safely and accurately (receiving, storing, picking).
Maintain clean, safe, and efficient warehouse and shop‑floor areas.


Inventory Co‑worker
Perform counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
Investigate and correct stock discrepancies.
Follow inventory routines and support in daily counts
About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
Who you are

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:
