Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced warehouse team leader to join our growing team helping to support Lime's e-Bikes in Sydney.

About the Role

The Warehouse Lead role is to provide leadership in the warehouse staff at of Lime's St Peters location, and create a positive working environment through an approachable attitude to staff, young people, and customers. Your logistical skills and staff management will drive efficiencies and create a great workplace, in this current period of significant growth.

Key Attributes

Extensive MHE (forklift) experience
Experience with leading, training and fostering team growth
Liaison with key internal clients
End-to-end logistics and inventory control, including reconciliation and stock control of parts, consumables, MHE and tools for a large maintenance workshop
Drive cost-saving initiatives, and ensure full compliance with best-practice environmental requirements
Co-ordinate FIFO protocols for retrieved vehicles, enabling protocols of optimal stock rotation
