Creators of the best-selling children’s smartwatch for ages 5-12, TickTalk is the safest cell phone alternative for kids—designed to give families peace of mind. With voice and video calling, safe messaging, location tracking, parental controls, and more (but no internet, games, or social media), TickTalk helps families stay closer, safely.
We’re hiring a hands-on, execution-focused role to support social media, community engagement, UGC creation, and creator management. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career who loves content, works fast, and wants to grow inside a performance-driven marketing team.
This position focuses on content creation, creator coordination, and daily execution, working closely with our Ads Manager and Senior Marketing team.
This role begins as a 60-day paid trial, with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Publishing
Create original short-form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Edit UGC-style videos and platform-native content (video + captions)
Produce high-converting static ads and content variations when needed
Publish content consistently and manage posting schedules
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and active campaigns
Portfolio required showcasing short-form and social content
UGC, Creators & Influencer Support
Source and recruit UGC creators across TikTok and organic platforms
Manage creator outreach, follow-ups, and content delivery
Track creator deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
Organize UGC assets for reuse across paid ads and organic channels
Help maintain a steady weekly flow of creator content
Community & Comment Management
Monitor comments, DMs, and tagged content daily
Engage with the community in brand voice
Flag any brand, compliance, or risk-related issues
Help foster a positive, family-focused online community
Creative Testing & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the Ads Manager to:
Analyze what content and ads are currently working
Generate new creative ideas, hooks, and test angles
Support high volume creative testing for TikTok, Meta, etc. with a fast turnaround
Apply performance insights to future content creation
Edit UGC-style videos and platform-native content (video + captions)

Requirements
Experience creating short-form content for social platforms
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
Comfortable being on-camera
Comfortable managing multiple creators and content deadlines
Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Clear communicator with creators and internal teams
Interest in social trends, UGC formats, and performance content
Experience with e-commerce, paid social, tiktok, or family-focused brands is a plus but not required.
Trial Assignment Details
60-day paid trial period

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
