Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our Strategy Team. In this role, you will move beyond basic execution and dive into the world of advertising strategy, campaign conceptualization, and brand storytelling. You will assist the Marketing Specialist in crafting high-quality proposals (decks), conducting deep-dive market research, and developing comprehensive marketing solutions for our clients. Responsibilities (Focus on Strategy & Solutions)

Market Research & Insights:
Conduct in-depth desk research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to uncover "the next big opportunity" for our clients.
Analyze consumer behavior to provide data-backed insights that inform our creative strategies.
Proposal & Deck Development (Core Duty):
Assist in building and beautifying client pitch decks using Keynote or PowerPoint. You will help turn raw data and ideas into compelling visual stories.
Support the development of comprehensive marketing proposals (The Brief), ensuring logic flow and strategic alignment.
Campaign Conceptualization:
Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign concepts and taglines.
Collaborate with the Creative and Sales teams to ensure our proposed solutions are both creative and commercially viable.
Copywriting & Content Strategy:
Draft compelling copy for campaign slogans, video scripts, and key messaging frameworks.
Help organize case studies of our past successful campaigns to demonstrate our capabilities to new clients.
Project Support:
Assist in managing the timeline of proposal delivery, ensuring all strategic assets are ready for client presentation.
Skills & Requirements

Education:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Business Strategy, Communications, or related fields.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to think logically and critically. You look at a brand and ask "Why?" and "How can we make it better?" rather than just "What do I post?"
Presentation Skills (Must-Have):
Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint is essential. You should know how to structure a slide for maximum impact.
Research Capabilities:
Excellent ability to search for information, synthesize complex data, and summarize findings into clear reports.
Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to tell a story through words and slides.
