Job Description
If you are a Diploma or Certificate III educator with a passion for the Montessori philosophy or are keen to learn you may be the person we are looking for!
Montessori By The Bay consist of 2 small boutique centres, they are located at 26 & 29 Culver St Monterey both catering for about 25 children per day. We are a family owned centre and are leaders in providing Montessori education in the area. We cater for children from 0-6 years and are situated in the Bayside area of Sydney a short walk from the beach and close to transport and major retails stores.
The opportunity:
We currently have a full-time or part-time position available for the suitable person to join our team. We are searching for an enthusiastic and passionate educator who is looking for a chance to work in an inclusive environment.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a educator to join our existing passionate educators.
The role requires an educator who can
Previous Early Childhood experience. Particularly as a Room Leader
Solid understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF)
Early Years learning Framework (EYLF)
Child Protection legislation
Workplace OH&S legislation
Knowledge of health, hygiene and the nutrition needs of children
Great communication skills
Have a proactive and can do attitude
Proven understanding of administrative functions
And want to enjoy the following benefits
