About the role

Redcape Hotel Group is seeking caring & passionate hospitality professionals to join the team at Shamrock Hotel Mackay as one of our casual Food & Beverage(Bar, Gaming, Bistro, Bottle Shop) Attendants. You would assist the Venue Leadership Team & the collective venue team to successfully operate the hotel's Operations in a hands-on role in a FOH capacity.

Duties and Responsibilities

The purpose of this role is to support the Venue's Leadership Team with the day-to-day business operations. The key responsibilities for this role will include:

Collaboratively working alongside or within various teams as we strive to offer an outstanding customer experience.
Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

Possess a current RSA & RSG (or a willingness to obtain).
Although previous experience in beverage & cocktail operations is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
