About the role:
Supporting installations of Getinge capital equipment;
Troubleshooting issues which present occasionally in equipment, and ensure that the product is returned to a fully functional level enabling the customer to continue their business operations;
Liaising with the Getinge Service Co-ordination team prior to attending customer sites; ensuring that you are effectively prepared to resolve the customer's issues;
Regional travel required.

About you:
Full Electrical licence and a valid Driver’s Licence (Mandatory requirement)
A strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
A proven track record of going above and beyond for others.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, and as part of a team.
