We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Full Time Catering Supervisor to join one of the fastest-growing catering companies in Australia. About The Role

As catering supervisor, you will play a vital role in organising catering to the boarding house and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued customers. From food preparation to service, your hands-on approach and commitment to high standards will ensure the smooth operation of this busy kitchen and dining environment.

Fixed Roster:
Five days per week - During school term time
Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing dining areas for service and serving meals to boarding students.
Delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
Serving customers in the café.
Washing dishes and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen, service and dining areas.
Assisting with food preparation, such as peeling/chopping vegetables, and making sandwiches and salads.
Adhering to food hygiene, security, and safety practices at all times.
Skills and Experiences:
Key Attributes and Requirements:
Driver’s License - Essential for this role.
Prior experience in a busy kitchen environment.
Proven ability to assist with various aspects of kitchen operations and food service.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to take direction effectively.
Reliability and flexibility to accommodate rostered hours.
Ability to comply with OH&S and food safety guidelines.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak service periods.
