Pups on Parade is looking for a friendly, reliable, and dog-loving person to join our team in a Retail Sales & Reception role. If you enjoy working with people (and pups!), thrive in a busy environment, and have a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role:
This position is the face of Pups on Parade. You’ll be welcoming clients and their dogs, managing reception duties, and assisting customers in our retail area.

Key responsibilities:

Greeting customers and their dogs with a warm, professional manner
Booking and managing appointments (in person, phone, and online)
Handling payments and basic admin tasks
Assisting customers with retail sales and product advice
Keeping the front-of-house area clean, organised, and welcoming
Supporting the grooming team when needed
Attend to dogs in day care including enrichment, feeding and walking dogs
Post all the furry fun on social media
What we’re looking for:

Excellent customer service and communication skills
Confidence with sales and handling transactions
A genuine love of dogs (all sizes and personalities!)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Previous retail/reception and dog management experience

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $33.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
