Front of House - Runner/Server

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Food Runner to support our front-of-house team and help deliver a smooth, energetic service. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality who is eager to learn and develop into a Server position. You will play a key part in ensuring guests receive their food quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail, while building the skills needed to grow within the team.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
Support servers during busy service periods to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas, including clearing tables and resetting for the next guests.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure orders are correct and delivered efficiently.
Learn menu knowledge, ingredients, and allergens to confidently support guests and prepare for progression into a Server role.
Follow all health and safety and hygiene standards in line with company policies.
Provide friendly and attentive guest interaction while assisting the wider team.
Participate in training and development opportunities with the goal of becoming a Server.
Qualifications

A positive attitude and strong interest in hospitality.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
A proactive mindset and desire to progress into a Server role.
