Market Stall Assistant (Training to Run Stall Independently)

We’re a growing small business attending busy weekend markets and events. We’re looking for a reliable, confident person to join us and be trained to eventually run the stall independently.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, takes initiative and wants responsibility - not just a casual shift.

Duties include:

Setting up and packing down the stall
Serving customers and processing payments
Talking confidently about our products
Managing stock and keeping the stall organised
Running the stall independently once trained
We’re looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual
Confident with customers
Able to work independently
Available on weekends
Holds a valid driver’s licence (preferred)
