Commercial Cleaner - Christchurch

We are currently looking for a Commercial Cleaners who can work for us in Christchurch region. Due to the nature of the employment the suitable candidate is required to have flexibility in moving to multiple job location within the region. Your job duties may include but not limited to the following:

Job duties:

· Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.)

· Clean Residential & commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms, and wiping down communal surfaces

· Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

· Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately

· Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free

· Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special project

· Stock and maintain supply rooms

· Cooperate with the rest of the staff

· Follow all health and safety regulations

· Liaising with the manager to ensure that you have sufficient cleaning products at all times.
