Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION-

Job Title- Bookkeeper

Payrate- $30- $40 per hour

32- 40 hours weekly

No. of positions- 1

Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts by using computer system
Processing payments
Conducting daily banking activities
Producing various financial reports
Reconciling records such as bank statements.
Issue invoices to customers
Ensure the receivables are collected promptly
Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
Issue and verify financial statements and if any error rectifies or inform management
Provide information to the external accountant who creates the company’s financial statements and GST
Purchase orders as required
Maintain annual budgets and accounts and prepare reports of expenditures.
2 Years of work experience OR Level 4 Or higher qualification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
