Success Tutoring is a community with multiple locations. Our team members are the most diligent and active in the education industry, ensuring a strong relationship with students is set as a priority. Success Tutoring provides tutoring in all subjects for students in grades K - 12.

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and motivated tutors to support, mentor, and educate students from Kindergarten to Year 12 in English and/or Mathematics. The role involves working with students in either primary (K–6) or secondary (7–12) year levels, with the opportunity to specialise in one or more senior subjects.

Key Responsibilities

Tutor students in English and/or Maths, from Kindergarten to Year 12
Specialise in one or more senior subjects (HSC level preferred)
Complete lesson reports and track student performance
Prepare and assign weekly homework tailored to individual student needs
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about progress and outcomes
Attend termly staff meetings for training and development
Support business growth by assisting with marketing content creation for social media
REMUNERATION

~Above award wages — pay based on experience, subject area, and year level taught.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

Working With Children Check (WWCC): Must hold a valid WWCC.
Recent high school graduate from an Australian curriculum.
Currently completing or recently completed a bachelor's degree at university.
Academic Achievement: Achieved a high ATAR in Year 12.
Location: Preferably resides in or near Macquarie Park or surrounding suburbs.
Availability: Should be available for evening sessions on most weekdays.
Preference for candidates confident in teaching high school and HSC-level Mathematics and English, including advanced levels.
