We’re excited to be opening a brand-new Trade Counter role in our Albany team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh start in 2026 for an energetic, people-focused professional who enjoys a hands-on role in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing
Welcoming customers to the trade counter with a friendly smile and building great relationships with them
Picking, processing orders and ensuring customers leave with what they need
Growing sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business
Keeping the trade counter and showroom looking sharp and professionally
What we’re looking for:
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Trade or retail sales experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right person
A friendly, can-do attitude – You love helping people
An eye for detail, who likes to get the job done
Reliable and hardworking – You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
