He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
We’re looking for a Signal and Traction Facilitator to join our Learning and Development team. In this specialist role, you’ll design, deliver, and assess training for Signals & Traction, making sure our people have the skills and confidence to work safely and to the highest standards.

Working closely with our competence management team, you will review our pathways and seize opportunity to further enhance our Signals & traction teams competencies. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts, leaders, and other technical training teams to develop engaging training modules, deliver assessments, and support learners to apply their knowledge in the field. This role is a great opportunity to combine your technical and non-technical expertise with a passion for coaching and developing others.

Ngā pukenga e rapu nei mātou | What you will bring
Electrical Engineering Level 4 qualification or similar
Experience as a signalling technician
Proven experience in facilitation and training delivery skills
Ability to coach, mentor, and guide learners of different levels
Collaborative approach and strong interpersonal & communication skills
Full New Zealand driver’s licence
Desirable: Registered Electrical Inspector, Adult Education Level 4 qualification and/or Skills assessor registration
