Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated nurse practitioner for our growing clinic. Our is a patient-focused healthcare practice dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the Monroeville community. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional clinical care, build strong patient relationships, and contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic interpretation.
Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice.
Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide coordinated patient care.
Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR).
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive clinical environment.
Qualifications

Current and unrestricted Alabama Nurse Practitioner (NP) license.
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP).
DEA license (or ability to obtain).
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-centered care approach.
Prior experience in primary care, urgent care, or family practice preferred but not required.

Schedule

Full-time: Sunday–Saturday (no major holidays).
Hour: can work 8 hour or 10 hour days.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,500.00 - $109,702.89 per year

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
