Video Editor & Digital Content Specialist

Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented and detail-driven Video Editor & Digital Content Specialist to produce high-quality visual content across our digital platforms. This role is execution-focused and behind-the-scenes, responsible for video editing, post-production workflows, visual asset creation, and digital content organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, branding, and clean visuals, with hands-on experience in video editing, photo editing, graphic design, and motion graphics. This role supports marketing initiatives through polished, on-brand visual content—not through social strategy, sales, or campaign pitching.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form and long-form video content from raw footage through final delivery
Assemble, color-correct, and polish footage using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects (Cinema 4D or 3D tools a plus)
Perform photo editing, retouching, and image optimization using Photoshop and Lightroom
Design digital graphics, layouts, and typography using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Manage content workflows from filming through post-production, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met
Organize and maintain digital assets, file structures, and content libraries
Assist with filming and videography as needed, including basic camera operation, lighting, and audio support
Collaborate with internal team members to execute visual concepts for videos, campaigns, and digital content
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards
Support execution and visual needs for two large company events per year
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing and post-production
Must submit a portfolio or reel showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and visual content work
Applications without portfolios will not be considered
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
Premiere Pro
Canva Pro
Photoshop
Illustrator
Solid understanding of videography and photography fundamentals
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a small team
Preferred / Plus Skills

Drone License or experience with a drone
