Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian curries, gravies, dals, and accompaniments as per recipes and standards.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation remain consistent at all times.
• Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and mise-en-place.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
• Follow portion control and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients, spices, and cooked items.
• Adhere to all food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Assist in training junior commis and helpers when required.
