Status: Permanent Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Salary: $130,674.12 - $150,275.23 per annum + 12% superannuation + leaseback vehicle or sustainability allowance of $10,780 per annum
Randwick City Council is an innovative and progressive Council committed to serving our vibrant community on the eastern beaches of Sydney. Our Information Management and Technology department is seeking a Coordinator Information Systems.
Purpose:
Lead the Information Systems team in delivering enhancements to corporate systems, fostering strong business partnerships across Council, and ensuring expert support and continuous improvement for core and line-of-business systems.
About the role:
As the leader of the Information Systems team, you will:
Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, supporting their growth and development.
Manage and optimise corporate information systems, ensuring they remain relevant, functional, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Champion a business partnership approach, engaging proactively with directorates to understand their needs and deliver innovative digital solutions.
About you:
We are looking for someone who brings:
Proven experience in managing information systems throughout their lifecycle—from planning and implementation to retirement—including change management and documentation.
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective strategic relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
Expert stakeholder management, with the ability to foster a business partnership model that encourages collaboration, mutual understanding, and shared ownership of information systems initiatives.
