Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Devices Architect to join their team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of their mobile device solutions, focusing on the seamless integration of hardware and software. You'll drive the technical vision for their products, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and secure from inception to commercial release and beyond.

Core Competencies

Solution Architecture: You have a strong background in designing and developing scalable, robust architectures for device-focused solutions. You can integrate physical hardware components with software systems, with a focus on maintainability and quality. You have experience defining a 3-5 year technical vision and turning it into actionable plans, considering resourcing and budget. You also understand broadband device technologies like 3GPP, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, and you are highly focused on security throughout the design process.
Collaboration and Communication: You have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with product management, engineers, and other teams to translate customer requirements into actionable designs. You will act as a key liaison between customer needs, product directives, and engineering teams.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You have excellent analytical skills and can identify technical challenges to provide innovative solutions. Your strategic thinking and decision-making will help align architectural designs with product and company goals.
Adaptability and Continuous Improvement: You can adapt to changing project requirements and have a mindset focused on continuous improvement, enhancing processes and fostering technical innovation.
Customer Focus and Product Care: You have experience caring for a product throughout its lifecycle, from its first concept to ongoing support, ensuring it meets market needs and customer expectations. You can also incorporate customer feedback to drive improvements.
Leadership and Mentorship: You provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams. You are committed to mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
