Job Description

Passionate about guest interaction, Food and Beverage? As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will lead your team to create unforgettable Food & Beverage experiences for our guests.

In this role you will be assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with the daily operation of the Restaurant & Bar. Leading the Food & Beverage team to deliver excellent & consistent service. Managing guest complaints and enquiries, ensuring you are guest focused at all times.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience with senior responsibilities in Food & Beverage Service.
LCQ Certificate
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality
Managers Certificate
Strong leadership skills
Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience
Efficient in service procedures
Creative and quick thinker
Effective time management, communication and problem solving skills
Flexible to work early or late shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Customer focused & team player
