Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Manager/Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns.
Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations related to food handling and alcohol service.
Making schedules, paperwork, deposits, schedules on timely basis.
Train and mentor new bartenders or bar staff as needed, fostering a positive team environment.
Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender/Management in a Bar, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management or training preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is an asset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
A passion for the hospitality industry with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
