About the Role:

Are you an experienced clinician with a passion for clinical audit and quality improvement? The Trauma Service are seeking applicants to join our evolving job‑share Trauma Data Management team, working two fixed days per week (Thursday and Friday). This 0.42 FTE position is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys quantitative analysis, and wants to play a key role in shaping trauma care outcomes.

This position is perfect for clinicians wanting to blend hands-on clinical practice with a focused role in trauma audit and data management. Depending on service needs and the agreement of your current manager, you may be able to combine this role with clinical work or duties in another specialty to make up your remaining FTE.

You’ll also be contributing to service continuity as this position will support backfill arrangements during an upcoming period of long service leave—providing excellent exposure to a well‑established trauma program and supportive multidisciplinary team.

If you’re looking for a role that offers purpose, flexibility, and the chance to influence trauma care at a system level, we’d love to hear from you.
