Opportunity to gain experience in a variety of stages of new construction in spec and custom homes.
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Plumber (2nd/3rd/4thYear/Journeyman) to join our team. Experience in residential construction (spec/single-custom/multi-family)—both rough-in and finishing—is preferred, but just as importantly, we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and eagerness to grow their skills and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Perform residential plumbing installations, including waterlines and drainage systems, fixtures installations in bathroom, kitchens and mechanical rooms.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to plan and execute plumbing layouts.
Troubleshoot plumbing systems, identify issues, and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with Alberta building codes, plumbing codes, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, contractors, and team members.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, clean, and organized manner.
Qualifications

2+ years of plumbing experience in residential construction. Minimum 2nd Year Apprentice.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Physically fit with the ability to handle the demands of plumbing work (lifting, bending, climbing, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
Knowledge of Alberta plumbing codes and safety regulations (required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.47-$40.45 per hour

Experience:

residential construction plumbing: 1 year (required)
apprentice in class training: 1 year (required)
multi-family new construction plumbing: 1 year (preferred)
