Commercial plumbing and heating foreman

Overview
We are seeking an experience Commercial Plumbing and Heating foreman to join our dynamic team! Experience in retrofits considered an asset!

Duties

Lead and supervise plumbers, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope
Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards across all phases of construction
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements

Proven experience supervising plumbing and heating projects with a strong background in construction management.
Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and budgeting processes
Demonstrated supervisory experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of quality control procedures within the construction industry
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
MUST BE JOURNEYMAN PLUMBER AND GAS FITTER
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
Prior experience in construction management roles with a focus on safety compliance and project delivery standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44.00-$55.00 per hour
