QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma and at least one year of related experience

Valid Smart Serve certification

Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, residents, and guests

A clear city, provincial or out of province criminal record check for the vulnerable sector is mandatory
Current First Aid/CPR certification would be an asset
QUALITIES: Positive attitude and enjoy working in a team setting

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build resident rapport and anticipate guests needs
Strong interpersonal communication skills, particularly as they relate to older adults
Must possess a strong work ethics
A passion for learning and professional growth
POSITION: This is a part time/Full time position that requires some flexibility situated in Winnipeg.

This candidate will be responsible for day-to-day duties related to meal service and bar service

Create a memorable dining experience for residents and guests
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet residents and guest

Preset menu options, take orders and deliver meals to the tables
Set and clear tables
Maintain cleanliness and company standards
Create and be part of a positive work environment
Perform various duties that pertain to this role
Perform Bartending duties to include mixing drinks and serving bar appetizers
Record liquor inventory
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $16.25 per hour
