Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Aesthetician to join our high-performing team of providers. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast who thrives on delivering visible results through a blend of technical precision and authentic hospitality.

As an Aesthetician at OOYU SKIN, you will focus on a curated menu of high-impact treatments, including the precision of Kyung-Lak Face Sculpting Massage, Deep Clean Extraction facials, and microneedling services. Beyond the treatment room, you will serve as a skin educator, guiding clients through personalized home-care regimens and ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience from consultation to aftercare. Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Technical Excellence

Execute Specialized Treatments: Deliver high-impact facial protocols tailored to individual skin concerns, specializing in Kyung-Lak Face Sculpting Massage, Deep Clean Extraction facials, and microneedling.
Skin Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses to understand client goals, recommending treatment plans and professional-grade products.
Sanitization & Safety: Maintain a pristine, medical-grade environment by strictly adhering to health and safety regulations and ensuring all equipment is sterilized to the highest standards.
Client Experience & Retail

Guest Services Support: Assist with front-desk support, including expert handling of client inquiries, service checkouts, and client retention.
Retail Advocacy: Enhance the client’s journey by educating them on home-care regimens and upselling curated skincare products to maximize treatment longevity.
Brand Ambassadorship: Communicate the "OOYU SKIN" philosophy effectively, ensuring every client feels welcomed, informed, and cared for.
Team Collaboration & Development

Active Participation: Commit to professional growth and studio alignment by attending monthly team meetings, 1:1 performance check-ins, and specialized aesthetician training sessions.
Collaborative Culture: Contribute to a high-energy, positive work environment by supporting teammates and prioritizing collective customer satisfaction.
Experience

Certification or licensure in esthetics or cosmetology is required.Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with retail sales, and upselling techniques is advantageous.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide personalized recommendations.
A passion for skincare and beauty trends, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
