Esthetician/Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and motivated Esthetician who is also skilled insocial media management - someone passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital engagement who can represent our brand both in-clinic and online.

Key Responsibilities:

Esthetician Duties:

Perform professional skincare and esthetic treatments (facials, laser, peels, microneedling, etc.)
Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment
Provide clients with skincare education and personalized recommendations
Deliver exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
Social Media & Marketing Duties:

Create and manage engaging social media content (photos, videos, reels, and stories)
Promote spa services, specials, and events across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Collaborate with the clinic team to plan content and campaigns
Respond to comments and messages professionally
Track engagement metrics and suggest creative strategies for growth
Requirements:

Licensed or certified Esthetician (medical spa or clinical setting preferred)
Proven experience managing business social media accounts
Must have an established social media following with strong engagement
Skilled in content creation and basic editing (video/photo)
Professional, reliable, and passionate about beauty and wellness
Schedule:

Flexible - part-time or casual
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate + performance-based incentives
Staff discounts on treatments and products

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
