NEED FOR BARBERS HAIRSTYLISTS AND AESTHETICIANS

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and personable Barber, Hairstylist and/ or Aesthetician to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare treatments, enhance client satisfaction, and promote a welcoming environment. This role involves delivering personalized services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. We are looking for workers with a good drive and compassion to work with new people and hopefully build a client base at our salon. We are looking for someone welcoming and supportive!

Responsibilities

Perform skincare treatments such as facials, exfoliations, and mask applications tailored to individual client needs
Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product recommendations
Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all equipment and treatment areas
Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and professional atmosphere
Upsell skincare products and retail items to clients to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and recommend appropriate treatments
Qualifications

Valid state licensure as an Aesthetician or Skin Care Specialist
Proven experience in providing skincare treatments in a professional setting
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a spa or salon environment
Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
Ability to upsell retail products tactfully and effectively
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best
