Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit
Assist clients with hair styling services, ensuring client satisfaction and comfort
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, including styling stations and common spaces
Upsell retail products by recommending suitable items based on client needs and preferences
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, and answering phone inquiries
Support daily salon operations by coordinating appointments and managing client flow
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
Ensure a professional appearance and uphold the salon’s brand standards at all times
Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
Knowledge of hair styling techniques is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate
Must know manicure and pedicure minimum 6 months experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients
Familiarity with sanitation protocols within a salon or similar environment
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent customer relationships
Experience working at a front desk or handling administrative tasks is advantageous
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented mindset are essential
