Our innovative training model is designed for those who want to move faster. By joining our Freighter Fast-Track program, you will undertake an intensive 5-week intensive training block that effectively knocks one full year off your 3-year apprenticeship.

The Fast-Track Deal: You and 14 other apprentices from around the country will be flown to Adelaide, South Australia and join an intensive 5-week training program! This will be duplicated each year for three years, effectively completing a 3-year apprenticeship! The education you will obtain in the first semester of intensive training will include: safety-critical units like air braking systems, suspension, and mechanical connections.

What we provide:
Fully Funded & Paid while you train: We cover the training costs while you earn a wage from day one.
Free Accommodation in Adelaide: For our interstate recruits or those travelling from afar, we provide full accommodation and travel for the duration of the 5-week intensive block.
Safety First: Gain specialised competency in high-risk units before you even hit the main workshop floor.

The Selection Process:
Teams Discovery: An initial meet-and-greet to explain the program and travel.
Aptitude Testing: A comprehensive suite of psychometric, numerical, and verbal reasoning tests to identify our Final group of candidates.
The Launch: Head to our service site for 5-weeks of immersion and expert-led training.
