We're Hiring! Join Our Team as a Part-Time Chiropractic Assistant
Are you a friendly and organised individual? Our chiropractic clinic is seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time Chiropractic Assistant to join us!
Hours: 6-10 hours per week. Full time work is not available.
Must be available for clinic shift hours:Monday - Friday between 7 AM - 12 PM and 2:30 PM - 7 PM. Saturday mornings between 07:45 AM - 10:45 AM.
Flexibility is essential to cover extra shifts for holidays and sick leave.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Managing patient files and data entry
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- Maintaining cleanliness of the clinic
- Opening and closing the clinic
Skills required:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Competence with computers and basic technology
- Punctuality and reliability
