Job Description

Service Receptionist & Admin Support

Foley Fiat are seeking a motivated Service receptionist to join our team in Carlton.

This full time role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction by managing service bookings and supporting our workshop operations. Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Your role:

Greet customers and manage bookings YOU are the first point of contact
Liase with customers & service technicians to ensure clear communication
Managing fleet schedules for Pre Delivery vehicles
We are looking for excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.

You will recieve on going training and the chance to work with a professional and friendly team in a well established commercial dealership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
