Job Description
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join the team at SAE Auckland. In this varied and people-facing role, you’ll play an important part in supporting our day-to-day operations while working alongside a collaborative campus team.
What you’ll be doing:
Setting up and maintaining supplier records
Processing invoices accurately and on time
Assisting with credit card reconciliations
Supporting the Enrolments team by tracking and reconciling student tuition fee payments
Assisting with reception duties as needed
Providing welcoming, high-quality customer service to students and visitors on campus
Please note, this is:
Part-time position: 0.2 FTE (8 hours per week)
Based on campus at SAE Auckland
Fixed-term from February to December 2026, covering a secondment opportunity for an existing staff member
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers and accounting systems, supporting others, and being part of a creative and dynamic education environment.
Qualifications
Administration/secretarial and or accounting experience is highly desirable
Tertiary qualification in accounting, office administration, business or communications is desirable
