power wash technician

EZ Plumbing and Property Services Ltd is seeking 2 reliable and detail-oriented Power Wash Technician to join our property maintenance team. This position involves performing high-quality pressure washing services for residential and commercial properties, ensuring surfaces are cleaned safely and effectively while maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operate power washing equipment to clean various surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, building exteriors, decks, fences, and parking lots
Assess job sites and determine appropriate cleaning methods, pressure settings, and cleaning solutions for different surfaces
Set up and operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
Mix and apply appropriate cleaning chemicals and detergents according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines
Protect landscaping, windows, and other property features from damage during cleaning operations
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on power washing equipment
Transport equipment and supplies to job sites
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project scope, timeline, and any issues discovered
Follow all company safety protocols and environmental regulations
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
Position RequirementsEducation & Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in power washing, property maintenance, or related field (preferred)
Experience in the building and property maintenance industry is an asset
New graduates or candidates with transferable skills in cleaning, maintenance, or outdoor services will be considered
Technical Skills

Knowledge of power washing equipment operation and maintenance
Understanding of appropriate pressure settings and cleaning techniques for various surfaces
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, detergents, and their safe application
Ability to identify surface materials and potential hazards
Basic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance skills
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 20 KG
Capable of standing, walking, and working outdoors for extended periods
Comfortable working at heights using ladders when necessary
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
