Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality setting, providing essential services that contribute to guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation.
Duties
Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
Dust furniture
Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
Make beds and change sheets
Distribute clean towels and toiletries
Stock linen closet
Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
Clean and disinfect elevators
Handle and report lost and found items
Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items
Provide basic information on facilities
Pick up debris and empty trash containers
Launder clothing and household linens
Mend clothing and linens
Wash windows, walls and ceilings
Clean changing rooms and showers
Address customers' complaints or concerns
Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
