Mo te turanga mahi about the role

As a Business Coordinator within our Technology & Data team, you will work closely with the Business Manager to deliver executive support to the leadership group and keep the teams daytoday operations running smoothly.

You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, coordinating recruitment and training activities, arranging travel logistics, as well as corporate reporting.

Additionally, you will coordinate visits and events alongside manage multiple communication channels, including joint inboxes and intranet platforms. This varied role combines strategic executive support with handson coordination of the teams core business functions.

We are looking for someone who has a great attitude and is good at getting things done. Personable, flexible and adaptable, you will be confident engaging with, and providing great customer service to people at all levels of our organisation.

You will bring:

Excellent planning and organisational skills
Commercial and finance experience
Experience managing competing, changing workloads and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, engaging with a diverse range of people

The expected appointing range for this position is between $73,684 - $78,596 per annum.

Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.

You must:

Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years
OR

Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years

Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
Ordinarily, this means you'll have a 15 year checkable background in countries NZSIS Vetting can make meaningful and reliable checks.
