About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the servicing of the Hotel’s rooms, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards. With a strong focus on cleanliness, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction, you will play a key part in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy environment where our guests can enjoy the very best in service and care.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Service and inspect rooms, replenishing supplies and maintaining guest comfort
Manage daily schedules, attendance, and leave to support efficiency and productivity
Communicate closely with Reception regarding room status and guest requirements
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and WH&S standards
Assist other departments and step in for the Executive Housekeeper when required
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping or supervisory roles within hospitality
Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Knowledge of WH&S and hotel operational procedures
Professional grooming, presentation, and a positive, adaptable attitude
