The Role
We’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to take on a dual role in Housekeeping and Front Office Reception. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences – both behind the desk and behind the scenes.

Reception Duties:
Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
Process check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our booking system (RMS knowledge a plus)
Provide information about the park and local attractions
Manage daily office administration and handle cash/card transactions
Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness
Housekeeping Duties:
Clean and prepare cabins and communal facilities to a high standard
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests
Work efficiently, independently, and with attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in front office reception and/or housekeeping
A passion for delivering great customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident with computers and reservation systems (RMS preferred)
Great time management and organisational skills
Ability to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
A current, valid driver’s licence is essential
Positive attitude and a flexible, team-oriented mindset

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
