Role Description

Multiple roles available for Tradespersons, Leading Hands, Skilled Labourers and Plant Operators, with projects based across Greater Sydney.

Responsibilities vary dependent on role type, however include performing skilled construction and landscaping tasks, working within project timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with the team to maintain safety and operational excellence.

The successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, efficiency and a team-oriented approach on all job sites.

Requirements

· Experience in trades-related skills, including landscaping, construction, or civil

· Certifications/industry-relevant qualifications are an advantage, but not necessary

· Ability to operate tools, equipment and machinery (role dependent)

· Proven leadership or supervisory experience (for Leading Hand)

· Accuracy, excellent attention to detail and pride in your work

· Reliable, dedicated, with a can-do attitude and approach

· Excellent communication, team player and problem-solving skills

· Strong understanding of adherence to safety standards and procedures on-site

· Ability to read and interpret technical plans, drawings, and project specifications (role dependent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
